Happiest out in the wild, my work is inspired and shaped by the imperfect rhythms of nature

and my adventures across the oceans.

my Yin yoga journey


Yoga has been a quiet thread through my life for as long as I can remember - joining dad in his home practice from the age of six, and mum holding yoga classes at the local gym. It was part of the landscape of home long before I understood where it might lead me.

My relationship with Yin grew much later, marked by a season of change and grief and born from a desire to slow down, return to the body and to notice what is here — now, and now, and now.

My approach to Yin brings together functional anatomy, the energetic principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the five elements and is influenced by my creative practice and time in nature. Grounded in an understanding that every body is different, I invite you to slow down, explore and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world. With a curiosity for the subtle details we often overlook, we make space to experience the familiar differently, discover new perspectives and listen for what might be emerging.

Based in South East Qld - Australia

As you create with me, I encourage that we continue to demonstrate a tread lightly style of travel and creation that pays respect to the lands, wildlife and waterways.
